KNHS aims to guide its beginning teachers through implementation of the Induction Program for Beginning Teachers (IPBT).  Master Teachers of the school mentor and coach the beginning teachers, monitor regularly their self-paced courses, and create feedback mechanism through regular Learning Action Cells (LAC) sessions.
